What exactly is Concierge?

Concierge is our full-service package – the easiest thing we offer. You tell us what you need, give us logo, texts and images, and we set up your app completely: structure, modules, design and publishing to the store. So everything works and you can get going right away, we create a base structure and fill it with a few sample entries. Fully entering your data – e.g. all products into the shop, all staff into the team, or all appointments – you do yourself (easily, right in the app). You own the app, it's listed under your name in the stores.

What's included

  • We set up your entire app – structure, modules and design based on your inputs, with a base structure and sample content
  • We set up your Apple and Google Play accounts
  • We handle the technical security certificates
  • We write the description text for your app in the store – in English and German
  • We create screenshots in the right sizes for Apple and Google
  • We submit your app – and handle it if Apple or Google reject anything
  • 1-hour video call with Florian for handover – afterwards you add content yourself

So there are no misunderstandings – here's what we need from you, and what you do yourself:

  • You give us logo and brand colors (or a rough idea – we'll advise you)
  • We set up the structure and fill it with examples. Fully entering your content – all products, staff, appointments etc. – you do yourself in the app (done in a few taps)
  • Apple's fee (99 USD/year) and Google's fee (25 USD one-time) you pay directly to Apple and Google – we earn nothing from them
  • You take time for a short first call – so we know exactly what you want

    We discuss what you need, clarify Apple/Google account preparation, and plan the timeline.

    You receive a Stripe payment link for Business + Concierge. Once payment is in, we get started.

    4. Build phase

    We set up Apple and Google accounts, handle certificates, ASO copy and screenshots, build the app structure and add sample content. Duration: 1–2 weeks.

    5. Submission

    We submit your app to Apple and Google. Apple usually takes 1–7 days, Google 1–3 days.

    6. Live!

    Your app is on the App Store and Google Play. We do a brief 1:1 call and you take over from there.

Concierge FAQ

We do everything technical: build the app completely, set up Apple and Google accounts, security certificates, descriptions, screenshots, submission to the stores. You only need: logo (or rough idea), content (texts, images, what your app should show) and one hour for a first call. Apple's fee (99 USD/year) and Google's fee (25 USD one-time) you pay directly to Apple and Google – we earn nothing from them.
As one of the first 20 customers (founder rate): €399 one-time – including the Business license. Regular price later: €599 one-time. Plus Apple's 99 USD/year and Google's one-time 25 USD. Nothing else.
Realistically 2 to 4 weeks. We build your app within 1–2 weeks after our initial call. Apple usually takes 1–7 days for review, Google 1–3 days. We keep you posted throughout.
That happens often with first submissions (Apple rejects about 40 % of first submissions). We handle the fix – that's included in the Concierge price, you don't pay extra. Some rejections are content-related (e.g. missing privacy policy) – then we briefly need your input.
The app is yours. You get access to Blocq and can change content, colors, texts etc. yourself anytime – free, as often as you want. Only technical updates (new features, security updates) cost €19 per update as a Business customer. With optional maintenance (€49/year as founder, €99/year regular) these are unlimited and included.
Small changes (texts, colors, content) you do yourself directly in Blocq. For bigger expansions (e.g. a new module or special features) you can hire us again later – on hourly basis or as custom module development (from €1,500 per module).
Yes. As long as founder spots are still available (see pricing page), you pay €399 instead of €599. Plus you keep the lower maintenance rate of €49/year instead of €99/year for life.
